What you'll do
- Build React-based enterprise screens and UI components for the ISQ One platform
- Develop hybrid mobile app features using modern cross-platform frameworks
- Design and prototype UI/UX workflows in Figma with enterprise accessibility standards
- Write structured QA test cases, bug reports, and participate in sprint testing cycles
- Use Claude/Codex-based vibe coding workflows to accelerate development
- Work within Git workflows: branching, pull requests, code review, and sprint delivery
- Operate inside a secure remote development server environment
- Submit daily targets and progress reports; participate in weekly mentor reviews and demos
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a college/university or a recent graduate (within 12 months)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or a relevant design/QA tool
- Strong learning mindset and ability to follow structured daily targets
- Reliable internet connection and availability for remote collaboration
- Able to commit to the selected 3-month or 6-month duration
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to React, React Native, or Figma
- Experience with Git or any version control system
- Completed online courses in web development, mobile apps, QA, or UI/UX

How the Program Works
- Duration: 3 months or 6 months — your choice at application

- Buddy pair model — every developer is paired with a dedicated QA intern
- Weekly mentor review and live product demo
- Daily targets and structured progress reporting
- Certificate and detailed performance report on completion
- Approved work may ship as part of the ISQ One product roadmap
- Suitable for mandatory college internship / industry exposure requirements
