What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end UX for new platform features: research, wireframes, prototypes, and final specs
- Maintain and evolve the ISQ design system across web and mobile
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Conduct usability testing with enterprise users in the field
- Contribute to the brand and marketing design when needed
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience for B2B or enterprise software
- Expert in Figma with strong prototyping skills
- Experience designing data-dense dashboards and operational interfaces
- Strong understanding of accessibility and responsive design
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, not just visual polish
Nice to have
- Experience with design systems at scale
- Motion design skills (Lottie, Framer)
- Arabic typography and RTL layout experience
